Hello, I'm Viktoras. I have been developing software professionally for over 15 years, 5 of which as a leader and manager. I went all the way from junior developer to engineering manager and know all ins and outs of the craft. While I am a manager first, I still love to participate in development hands-on and share the experience.

SportSpar is an e-Commerce company processing thousands of orders per day. My tasks ranged from planing and high level technical decision making to designing a project architecture and hands-on development.

- Took over the dreaded Hotels-module and gradually improved it to be the most stable part of the system
- Drastically reduced the amount of errors with thousands of Unit-Tests
- Connected and maintained a multitude of new services/APIs, overall tripling their number
- Took over further domains: booking and transfer interfaces, OTDS export
- Organised, took over and mentored the integrations team
